About My Clients

I work with adults of all ages who are looking for support, clarity, and meaningful change in their lives. This includes clients navigating concerns about their major life transitions, identity, stress and burnout, anxiety, depression, intimacy, relationship challenges, infidelity, familial conflict, and more. I also specialize in working with racial/ethnic minorities and those in the LGBTQIA+ community.

My Background and Approach

I am currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Sexology, I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating concerns related to sexual health, intimacy, relationships, identity, communication, and emotional well-being. My approach is affirming, nonjudgmental, and grounded in both clinical training and evidence-based practice. I understand that conversations around sexuality can feel vulnerable, so I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. My training in clinical sexology allows me to address sexual wellness as an important part of overall mental health, helping clients build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I strive to meet clients where they are at from a person-centered approach and whether you are seeking support individually or as a couple, my goal is to help you gain insight, strengthen communication, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As an immigrant and ethnic minority, I understand how culture, identity, family expectations, and lived experiences can shape mental health and relationships. I am passionate about creating an inclusive, affirming space for clients from diverse backgrounds, especially individuals from marginalized communities and those within the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe everyone deserves care that is compassionate, culturally aware, and free from judgment. My work is grounded in empathy, advocacy, and respect for each person’s unique story. I value authenticity and strive to help clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing process. Prior to private practice, I worked on the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), where I supported individuals in crisis by providing emotional support, safety planning, and community resources. That experience strengthened my commitment to accessible mental health care and deepened my understanding of resilience, connection, and community support.
