About My Clients
You may feel helpless, isolated or overwhelmed, but you do not have to work through it alone. I may be able to help. My specialty is working with individuals and families to process difficult issues. As a therapist trained in EMDR, I have specialized training and have worked with many clients experiencing divorce, depression, anxiety, grief, abuse, relational problems, trauma, and more.
My Background and Approach
I have had extensive training in EMDR, a brain-based approach to resolving trauma and Play Therapy, a developmentally appropriate approach to working with individuals and families. Because of my extensive training I am able to specifically tailor the therapeutic intervention to meet the individual needs of each client and their family.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone is an individual, there are no cookie cutter fixes to anyone. We will work together to develop a plan that best fits you and your life.
