About My Clients
Clients who want to achieve long lasting results with their mental health and who want to receive compassionate care with practical results while focusing on the big picture and thus the overall improvement in their quality of life. My clients seek my expertise for a variety of reasons, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, difficulty functioning at work or school, family conflict, challenges in relationships, low self-esteem, or simply a desire to learn more about themselves.
My Background and Approach
I create individualized treatment plans, with a genuine "showing the mirror" solution oriented philosophy rather than putting a facade or circling the outskirts. I assess patients' goals, unique life experiences, and biological risk factors. My style of practice involves a “no judgement zone” and I use my was vast medical as well wordly experiences to to offer his expertise to treat and advise my patients, upholding their best interests in mind. I utilize a "Patient Centered Approach" where I work as a team partner alongside the patient rahter than taking a paternalistic approach.
