My Background and Approach
I am a psychodynamic clinician - and take into account conscious and unconscious factors in our lives. I take a whole person approach and believe in having a solid history of bio psycho social factors in addition to understanding the individual focus. I am an active and engaged clinician and also bring a sense of humor into our work. I have over 30 years of experience working with folks in Silicon Valley. I am a South Asian immigrant and author of a book on the inner lives of this group. The book is called Whose Baby Is It, Anyway? Inside the Indian Heart.
