My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is eclectic, relational, and solution-oriented, and is often tailored to each client. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, relationship struggles, and the “spaces in between.” My work is trauma-informed, compassionate, and focused on expanding each client's self-understanding and deepening their relationships with others. In couples work, I use an attachment-based framework to help partners slow down conflict, understand the deeper emotions beneath their reactions, and rebuild safety and trust. In individual therapy, we focus on healing, self-understanding, and creating meaningful change. I also use EMDR to help clients process trauma and experiences that may still feel stuck in the nervous system. As those experiences begin to shift, people often find it easier to communicate clearly, set boundaries, and feel more present in their lives and relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work from a sex-positive, identity-affirming lens and welcome all forms of self-expression. I especially enjoy working with creatives in the entertainment industry, couples, and SWers. My goal is to help you feel seen, humanized, and empowered exactly as you are.
