At Rogue Soul Therapy, I work with deep feelers, old souls, misfits. The unconventional! My Background and Approach
With a broad background in behavioral health, mood & anxiety disorders, disability, neurodivergence, gender, and sexuality, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients navigating complex life experiences. I bring this depth into the session with flexibility—my work ebbs & flows based on what each client needs. Whether the focus is identity, emotional regulation, or crisis management, I tailor my approach to meet clients where they are. While my work is rooted in a humanistic & systems-focused perspective, I draw from a variety of modalities to support meaningful change. Some sessions may lean more solution-oriented & practical, while others offer space for deeper emotional exploration or insight into relational patterns. I believe therapy should adapt to the client, not the other way around.

I believe that every person deserves to be seen, heard, & supported, regardless of their background, identity, or struggles. As an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, I am passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space where individuals can express their authentic selves without fear of judgment. I also deeply believe in accessibility for all, which is why I am committed to supporting & working with individuals with disabilities, ensuring that everyone has the tools & resources they need to thrive. I am committed to promoting racial equity, social justice, and creating a more compassionate world for everyone. I believe in the power of empathy, connection, & human dignity, & I strive to bring these values into every aspect of my practice.
