About My Clients
I have clinical skill supporting clients for whom anxiety, chronic stress, depression, and developmental disabilities are areas of concern. I enjoy treating clients with physical or medical complaints using psychotherapeutic modalities, including mindfulness, acceptance, and health behavior change. I also welcome clients who wish to address disordered eating, body image, or diet-related concerns in therapy.
My Background and Approach
I am very passionate about the mind-body connection and strive to help clients achieve balance between physical, mental, and emotional wellness to promote optimal healing. I believe in tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, including their lived experiences, preferences, strengths, and cultural background to make the therapeutic experience personal and meaningful. I practice with a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to help clients feel safe in the therapeutic space and begin healing.
