About My Clients
I work with high-achieving millennial women who feel successful in their careers, but anxious, stuck, or discouraged in dating and relationships. Many struggle with overthinking, fear of rejection, and repeated patterns with emotionally unavailable partners. They often feel frustrated that love hasn’t worked the way they hoped. Together, we focus on understanding attachment patterns, building self-trust, and helping them feel more secure, grounded, and confident in their relationships.
