About My Clients
I specialize in trauma, grief and crisis and have significant experience working with survivors of sexual trauma and child abuse. I also work with young children and teens/adolescents. I am familiar with ADHD, Autism and a variety of learning disabilities and can help families navigate IEPs, 504s, and school accommodations for their child. I also work with adult Neurodivergent individuals. I offer groups including Women's Trauma group, Neurodivergent support groups and Infertility support group.
My Background and Approach
My philosophy is trauma-informed and client-centered and I utilize attachment-based, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems approaches as well as play therapy interventions. I offer group therapy for infertility and women's trauma and I am skilled in facilitating groups that offer the validation and healing that comes from connection.
