About My Clients
I believe my clients are the experts in their own lives and that my role is to hold a container to feel held and empowered. My goal for therapy is to build collaborative relationships with clients that are grounded in safety, trust, and permission.
My Background and Approach
As a queer and trans clinician working primarily with LGBTQ+ clients, I recognize the need for safer spaces to explore identities, process related experiences, and heal from trauma. My approach to therapy is rooted in anti-oppressive practice, trauma-informed care, and harm reduction. I have experience working in various settings, ranging from inpatient psychiatric hospitalization to Intensive Outpatient.
