It can be exhausting and frustrating when everyday life seems daunting. The feelings of sadness, anxiety, issues with relationships, grief, or going back to work after a pause are all issues that affect our everyday life physically and mentally. Instead of following this journey, you can have the chance for healing and self-growth.
My Background and Approach
Together we will include mental health counseling, art therapy and brainspotting to navigate through issues including grief, post-partum grief/loss, depression, anxiety, infertility, and parenting, while using a holistic/combined approach to talk therapy. We will work collectively to identify your needs, work on your strengths, and implement effective strategies for well-being. Our time together will be in a safe and judgment-free space.
