About My Clients
I have a particular interest in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, relationship and family concerns, self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, and the impact of substance use on themselves or their relationships. I also enjoy helping clients develop healthier boundaries, recognize unhelpful patterns, strengthen their sense of self, and make intentional decisions about the life and relationships they want to build.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with trauma-informed interventions, mindfulness, grounding, and emotional regulation strategies. Rather than simply focusing on what is happening on the surface, I work with clients to understand the patterns, thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be contributing to how they feel today.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy doesn't have to be about changing who you are. Sometimes it is about understanding yourself more deeply, learning new ways to respond, and becoming more confident in your ability to navigate difficult situations.
