About My Clients
I currently work with adults (18+) who are experiencing various symptoms related to potential past trauma, including depression, anxiety, psychosis, suicidal ideations and self harm.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with individuals who may be struggling with depression, anxiety or previous trauma. I have received training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have a background working with high acuity clients in an inpatient setting, where I gained experience with suicidal ideations, self harm, aggression and psychosis. Together, we will collaborate to develop a plan to best assist your needs. I am here to support you along the way!
