My clients come to me from all walks of life, all with one thing in common, wanting to heal from whatever is holding them back from feeling their absolute best. That’s why I created Mindfully Healing! I created Mindfully Healing with the goal in mind to help individuals thrive, heal from painful experiences, feel better about themselves, & more!
My Background and Approach
I knew for a very long time that I wanted to help people. Prior to entering this field, I worked alongside many amazing counselors in a school setting and I just absolutely admired their work. I have a strong passion for working with people of all backgrounds and ages. I work with a wide variety of presenting issues including but not limited to the areas listed on this page. I am a fully client-centered clinician and I tailor my work to each person’s personal needs. Together, we will sit through all the uncomfortable stuff and we will get you feeling better. I will be your biggest advocate and cheerleader the entire way through.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is my personal belief that everyone deserves therapy at one point or another in their life. Everyone deserves to feel their best and that is what I am here to do! I am here to help you feel the best you possibly can be! I never want finances to be the reason why you can’t get access to mental health care which is why I offer sliding scale rates to anyone in need of a low rate, and I offer individualized payment plans for those in need! I will work with you and will make sure that you are never stressed about the financial aspect of therapy!
