About My Clients

I partner exclusively with individual adults in Texas navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief, or depression. My ideal client is someone ready to look at complex family-of-origin dynamics, address adult boundary struggles, or explore conscious parenting patterns. If you are seeking an attentive, down-to-earth therapist who chooses to maintain an intentionally small, focused caseload to prioritize your personal progress, you are in the right place. Individual sessions only.

My Background and Approach

I practice from a humanistic, client-centered framework, believing that you are the ultimate expert on your own life. Whether you want to do a deep dive into your family history or just learn some simple tools for day-to-day stress management, the direction we take is entirely up to you. By blending talk therapy with cognitive tools and gentle somatic awareness, we safely process stress or difficult history at a pace that feels completely sustainable for your unique nervous system.Meaningful Counseling, PLLC operates strictly as a private-pay virtual practice ($100 per 50-minute session) and does not accept insurance panels. This structure ensures your absolute diagnostic privacy and gives us complete freedom to tailor your care. All video appointments are conducted securely via our HIPAA-compliant client portal for individuals physically located anywhere across Texas. I maintain an intentionally small, dedicated caseload to ensure an attentive level of clinical focus for every client.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

In addition to my clinical training, my perspective as a mother deeply informs the warmth, patience, and non-judgmental space I hold for my clients. I have a profound professional and personal interest in childhood attachment patterns, early development, and conscious parenting frameworks.I am passionate about supporting parents, caregivers, and individuals who are doing the hard, beautiful work of recognizing challenging relational patterns, learning to confidently lay down healthy boundaries, and actively breaking generational cycles. My hope is to provide a down-to-earth environment where you can feel deeply seen, emotionally safe, and fully empowered to cultivate your own self-worth and healing.
