My specialty is Asian Americans. While providing culturally sensitive approach, I assist my clients with acculturation, self-identify, family relationships, and issues facing immigrant families, including cross-cultural adjustments. I am a certified EMDR provider. My goal is to help client overcome cultural, systematic and historical trauma.

I am a certified EMDR provider. My goal is to help client overcome cultural, systematic and historical trauma. Being a clinical psychologist allows me to conduct psychological assessments. A thorough assessment can be a strong evidence for your case. I specialized in immigration and personal injury psychological evaluation and testimony. My overarching goal is to help minorities and immigrants as the best I can. I am fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has rights enjoy their lives. I believe in whole person treatment. I see you as a person living under a specific system where your family, your cultures, your education, and your religion, your lifestyle, as well as your relationships with others and self, shape the way you are today. As as Asian, I suffered from perfectionism and competition which led to high anxiety and chronic self-doubt. Through my own therapy, I learned how to handle my anxiety and move past it so that it didn't have control over me. I learned to be myself and be confident of who I am. I want you to feel the same freedom that I experience every day. I don't discriminate against anyone.
