My practice is all about helping you achieve peace! My therapy background is primarily with kids and families. I have expertise in crisis intervention work. I enjoy working with clients with depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.

My approach is to join you (or your family) where you are at. I tend to think that things manifest in sessions- what needs to come out will come out.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am spiritual and part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe our relationship is the most important element of therapy. I will be empathetic when you share trauma you have experienced. Together, we will work on healing your trauma to bring you back to who you really are.
