About My Clients
You may feel overwhelmed, unseen, or weighed down by ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or life changes. You want to feel understood and supported, to find tools that bring comfort, balance, and hope. Together, we'll take gentle steps towards healing, resilience, and creating a life that feels more meaningful and connected.
My Background and Approach
With experience in crisis intervention, psychiatric care, and outpatient therapy, I provide a support and understanding space for teens, adults, couples, and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and collaborative. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, DBT skills, and strength-based strategies to help clients build coping skills, mange emotions, and move toward balance and hope. I believe therapy works best when you feel seen, understood, and empowered to guide your own healing journey. Together, we'll take steps towards resilience, connection, and meaningful change, creating space for growth, self-compassion, and the possibility of a life that feels more grounded and fulfilling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a place where every person feels valued, respected, and accepted for who they are. I am committed to creating a space that is inclusive, affirming, and rooted in compassion. As an ally, I support LGBTQIA+ individuals and marginalized communities, honoring each client's identity and lived experience. I am also nuerodivergent-affirming, recognizing that ADHD, autism, and other neurodiverse ways of being are not problems to be "fixed," but differences to be understood, supported, and celebrated. I view my role as walking alongside clients with empathy, curiosity, and respect as they navigate their unique path toward healing and growth.
