About My Clients
I have experience working with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, substance use, psychosis, homelessness, and incarceration. I also have a passion for working with neurodivergent people and the lgbtq+ community.
My Background and Approach
I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2022. Since 2023, I have worked in community mental health as a therapist for the homeless population. This year I decided to start my own private practice to pursue my passion in working with the neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ populations.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My role as a therapist is to walk with you on your healing journey, provide an outside perspective, and empower you to learn more about mental health so you can gain the tools you need to take care of yourself. Therapy looks different for everyone because everyone has their own unique experiences and perspectives. I aim to respect those differences through a person-centered and collaborative approach. My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your needs and personal strengths to empower you to meet your identified mental health goals.
