My Background and Approach
I have the privilege of accompanying clients on their journey towards healing and mental wellness. I use a psychodynamic approach, taking into account complex factors that make each person’s experience unique including family history, personality style, coping mechanisms, relational patterns, and personal goals. I specialize in trauma recovery and offer Brainspotting to address physical and neurological responses to trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to seek mental wellness. I believe everything that makes a person unique should be welcome in the therapy room including race, gender, sexual orientation, age, and spirituality.
