About My Clients

My clients are teens, young adults, and moms who may be navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity, relationships, or the challenges of balancing the many roles they carry. I work with individuals who are looking for a supportive, nonjudgmental space to better understand themselves, build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for growth, therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself.

My Background and Approach

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Before entering the counseling field, I worked in education and clinical operations, where I developed a deep appreciation for supporting children, families, and individuals through different stages of life. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the importance of feeling heard, valued, and supported. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I integrate person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused approaches to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. I have a special interest in working with teens, young adults, and moms navigating anxiety, identity, life transitions, relationships, and personal growth. As a counseling intern, I practice under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor while providing a safe, supportive space

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and accepted for who they are. My work as a therapist is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that people are the experts of their own experiences. I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive space where clients feel safe exploring their challenges, strengths, and goals without judgment. I value the importance of connection, self-compassion, and understanding the experiences that shape who we become. I believe that growth happens when we have the support, tools, and space to better understand ourselves and build meaningful change. Outside of my counseling work, I value spending time with my family, connecting with nature, and practicing yoga as a way to support mindfulness, balance, and overall well-being. These personal values influence the way I show up for my clients with presence, curiosity, compassion, and a genuine commitment to walking alongside them as they navigate their own journey.
