My Background and Approach
I take a collaborative, supportive approach, drawing from Relational Life Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-based work, and Mindfulness practices. I believe meaningful change becomes possible when we’re willing to lean into discomfort—while also recognizing we don’t have to face that discomfort alone. My mission as a therapist is to create a safe, compassionate, and deeply understanding space where you can heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, explore where they come from, and develop a healthier, more empowered relationship with them. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens best in a caring, nonjudgmental environment—one where you feel safe, seen, and supported. No matter your age, background, or life experiences, there is always a path toward healing your inner child and recovering from trauma. I value cultural humility and honor the unique cultural experiences each person brings into the therapy space. You are the expert of your own life; my role is to help you recognize your inner strengths and rediscover the resources you already carry within you.
