My Background and Approach
I earned my Master of Social Work from Michigan State University and have experience in hospice and palliative care, bereavement/grief/loss, and other medical settings. My focus lies in guiding individuals through challenges such as grief and loss, life transitions, feelings of isolation, low self-worth, and relationship issues. As a board certified music therapist, I enjoy incorporating creativity into my practice. I come to therapy from a humanist perspective, believing that all humans are innately good and each individual is unique. Because of this, I utilize a combination of techniques and modalities best suited to client needs.

My practice prioritizes inclusivity and affirmation for all genders, sexual orientations, and backgrounds. Everyone deserves to feel seen and valued, with their identity celebrated as an integral part of their journey.
