About My Clients
I specialize in helping high-achieving adults break free from the invisible prison of complex relational trauma. My clients are lawyers, teachers, executives, healthcare workers, and graduate students who appear successful but privately battle shame, perfectionism, and emotional exhaustion. My Background and Approach
I have a background in Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am fully trained in EMDR through EMDRIA and provide both talk therapy and EMDR sessions to those seeking relief from the past. I am a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician and I am a Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga facilitator.
