About My Clients

I work with teens (15+) and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or weighed down by life's challenges. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning people who appear to have it all together on the outside but feel exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of what to do next. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, identity, or a major life transition, you don't have to face it alone.

How I Can Help You

I believe therapy should be both emotionally honest and practically helpful. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself, understood without judgment, and supported as we work toward meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll better understand what's been going on, identify what's keeping you stuck, and build practical tools you can use in everyday life. I tailor therapy to your unique goals because no two people—or their stories—are exactly the same. I became a counselor because I believe no one should have to navigate life's hardest seasons alone. It's a privilege to walk alongside people as they find hope, healing, and the confidence to move forward. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling more understood, more equipped, and more hopeful than when you walked in.

My Values as a Therapist

I believe every person has inherent worth and deserves to be treated with compassion, dignity, and respect. My role isn't to judge or tell you how to live your life—it's to walk alongside you, help you better understand yourself, and support you as you move toward the life you want to build. I value authenticity over perfection, progress over pressure, and practical growth over surface-level conversations. Therapy isn't about having all the answers; it's about creating space to ask honest questions, understand what's keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways of moving forward. My Christian faith is one of the most important parts of who I am and shapes the way I care for others—with grace, hope, and compassion. While I welcome clients from all backgrounds and beliefs, I'm also happy to incorporate faith into counseling for those who desire it.
