About My Clients
If you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, or caregiving, particularly individuals in the "sandwich generation," I can offer support. Using a range of therapeutic techniques, you can start to live with more ease. I look forward to working alongside you as you make progress towards your goals.
My Background and Approach
My experience includes supporting older adults and caregivers of individuals with cognitive conditions, as well as helping parents effectively navigate educational systems on behalf of their children. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in the mind-body connection. I integrate modalities such as CBT, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. I incorporate breathwork, guided meditation, and movement to help reduce anxiety and support nervous system regulation. I value authentic connection, humor, and am not afraid to be direct when it supports growth. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Whether it’s anxiety, stress, relationships, chronic illness, or simply trying to hold everything together while pretending you’re “fine.” I aim to create a therapy space that feels supportive, authentic, and human. My approach combines evidence-based practices with mindfulness, creativity, and holistic strategies because healing doesn’t always happen through talking alone. Sometimes growth looks like insight, sometimes it looks like learning to breathe again, and sometimes it looks like finally giving yourself permission to slow down. Outside of clinical work, I enjoy yoga, nature walks, writing, and spending time with my children.
