About My Clients
I meet with each client with an open mind, dedication, and passion to help them reach their highest potential. Vulnerability is not easy for anyone, and throughout the course of therapy, I provide an environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported while working through the challenges inherent in growth. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families navigating life's daily stressors.
My Background and Approach
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. My approach with each client is tailored to your specific needs and wants in order for you to reach your highest potential. In the first session, we will gather information about your background and get to know one another because our therapeutic relationship is imperative. Moving forward, each session builds upon one another so you learn and master the tools for growth and prosperity. We will address the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that go along with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues you may face daily. You will gain resilience for the future to be the best version of yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Humans are inherently resilient. Growth is not always about specific change, rather, it is about learning from past experiences that make us stronger, learning to accept what we cannot control, and learning different coping skills. No matter what challenges an individual is facing, I am a firm believer that there is always some way to assist individuals and the challenges inherent in growth. Therapy is about YOU, and how we can collaborate together as a team so you are able to reach your highest potential. Some days will be harder than others, yet, every day we welcome will always throw new challenges at us. It is how we respond to these challenges that makes us strong, resilient, and prosper.
