About My Clients
I work with adult women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, attachment wounds, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware but feel stuck repeating the same patterns. They want more than a space to vent—they are ready to understand what keeps happening, practice new ways of responding, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical social worker providing virtual therapy in New York and South Carolina. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and direct. I will meet you without judgment, while also helping you look honestly at the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we will explore how your experiences, relationships, beliefs, and attachment patterns shape the way you respond today. I draw from attachment-based therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed care, emotion-focused therapy, and other approaches based on your individual needs. Therapy with me is active and personalized—not simply sitting back and nodding. I help clients build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, communicate more effectively, and practice healthier responses so change can extend beyond the therapy room and into everyday life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where people feel respected, affirmed, and safe enough to be fully themselves. I am committed to LGBTQ+ affirming care and believe that identity, relationships, gender, and sexuality should be explored without judgment or pressure to fit into someone else’s expectations. I also value racial and social justice and recognize that mental health is shaped not only by personal experiences, but by the systems, communities, and environments we live within. I support reproductive freedom and believe people deserve autonomy over their bodies, relationships, and life choices. Above all, I aim to offer care that is warm, compassionate, inclusive, and grounded in genuine respect for each client’s lived experience.
