About My Clients
I have experience and training in supporting clients struggling with a wide range of issues pertaining to mental health including depression, anxiety, life transitions, chronic pain, grief, shame, and trauma. I collaborate with clients in reaching their goals; whether it is finding new ways to cope, increasing love for oneself, or recognizing where we can initiate change.

Whether it be health diagnoses, financial stressors, or tragedies in our world that impact us, I support you in working with increasing capacity to cope with difficulties of life. I believe in the power of the therapeutic collaboration and facilitate an environment in which individuals can connect to themselves and find joy in the therapeutic process, acknowledging how these pieces contribute to overall well-being.
