About My Clients
I have worked mostly with rural populations and of all ages. I work with individuals who are looking to address their challenges in life.
My Background and Approach
I have specialties in family and couples counseling, but I have extensive experience with individuals as well. I focus on what works for you while adding a few extra tools that would supplement both innate and learned tools. I am a systems based thinker and often look at how systems can help people while identifying how systems might be causing challenges. I have attended trainings in sexual issues, trauma, substance use, and LGBTQ+.

I believe that everyone deserves love and acceptance in their lives, and it takes true bravery to address challenges that you are experiencing.
