About My Clients
My clients are thoughtful, capable adults who feel emotionally stretched thin. They may be navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, or major life transitions such as career shifts, relationship changes, or parenthood. While they often function well on the outside, internally they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and want clarity, steadiness, and meaningful relief.
My Background and Approach
My background as a licensed therapist informs a thoughtful, collaborative approach to care. I work from an attachment-informed and relational framework, integrating evidence-based practices to support insight, emotional regulation, and sustainable change. I prioritize creating a steady, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Together, we explore patterns, stressors, and life transitions while building practical tools to manage anxiety, burnout, and depression. My work is guided by curiosity, warmth, and respect for each client’s pace, with the goal of helping clients feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with themselves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should be affirming, accessible, and grounded in respect for all people. I am committed to equity and social justice and strive to practice in ways that are anti-oppressive and culturally responsive. I support LGBTQ+ inclusion, racial justice, and bodily autonomy, and I believe these values matter in the therapy space. I recognize how systemic inequities, discrimination, and marginalization impact mental health and daily life. In my work, I aim to create a space where clients feel safe bringing their full identities and experiences, knowing they will be met with curiosity, compassion, and care rather than judgment.
