I use a Trauma-Informed Therapy to address the psychological, emotional, relational and physical problems that past trauma can create. My approach draws from numerous sources including Neuroscience, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and EMDR.

We humans have a natural stress response that causes us to feel anxious we need to learn to work with that natural response to get anxiety under control. I can support you in understanding, working with and managing the mental physical and emotional responses to anxiety.I engage somatic regulation skills and integrate methods to help you create new patterns of responses to stress.
