About My Clients
With client experience across a variety of sexualities, gender identities, relational status/style, abilities, cultures, faiths, age, and beyond, I provide a nonjudgemental and openminded space for client authenticity. I foster a collaborative space for my clients to connect and explore their life experience, deepen self knowledge, and create more positive outcomes.
My Background and Approach
I combine evidence-based practices with real-world application, placing the client's experience at the forefront. My approach is rooted in an affirming, social justice lens and combines narrative therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy, among others. I offer a client-centered and collaborative approach so clients express who they are. My speciality and practice focus is with the LGBTQ community, at any age or stage of identity exploration. I offer in-person and telehealth options.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My speciality is working with the transgender, nonbinary, and gender expansive/nonconforming communities, as well as sexuality and gender identity exploration, ethical non-monogamy, and other queer identities, including LGBTQ allies. Ages I work with include children, teenagers, young adults, adults, families, and couples/poly patients.
