About My Clients
The people I work with are often caregivers in one form or another. They’re sensitive and perceptive. They know how to show up for others but often struggle to show up for themselves. Many are navigating burnout, emotional exhaustion, or long-standing patterns that no longer feel sustainable. They want to reconnect with their own needs, explore the impact of their history, and find a way forward that actually fits.
My Background and Approach
I’m trained in somatic trauma therapy and bring a body-aware, identity-centered lens to the work. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship. Together, we pay attention to your nervous system, your patterns, and the parts of you that have learned to carry too much. There’s room here for slowness, nuance, and choice.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is political. It doesn’t happen in a vacuum and it isn’t separate from the world we live in. My work is shaped by a decolonial lens and a commitment to care that resists shame, urgency, and perfectionism. Outside of sessions, I recharge through creativity, movement, cooking, and time outside. I also love fantasy books, plants, and a good karaoke mic.
