I work with clients who have experienced a traumatic event, want to learn new skills to manage stressors, are starting a new job, school or relationship, and generally anyone looking for a little extra support
My Background and Approach
I use an eclectic, strengths based, interpersonal and trauma informed approach to therapy. With interpersonal therapy, we will practice relational skills together in the safety of the therapeutic relationship.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Above all else, I believe in the power of a positive therapeutic relationship and my approach is rooted in appreciation for the vibrancy of each person I treat.
