About My Clients

I work with adults and teens, providing a safe, supportive space to explore life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. I have experience supporting pregnant and postpartum mothers and work with clients who have experienced trauma. I believe therapy is collaborative, where you feel understood and empowered. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you uncover strengths, and support your growth and well-being.

My Background and Approach

I am a clinical mental health counseling intern completing my master’s degree in counseling, practicing under the supervision of a licensed clinician. My training and experience have allowed me to work with a wide range of clients, including teens, adults, and postpartum mothers, as well as individuals navigating trauma. I use a person-centered approach, providing empathy, understanding, and collaboration, so clients feel truly heard and empowered. I also integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, helping clients recognize unhelpful thoughts and behaviors and develop practical skills to manage anxiety, depression, OCD, and stress. By combining these approaches, I aim to create a tailored, supportive environment where clients can build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, and make meaningful, lasting changes in their daily lives.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and resilience, and that healing often happens through connection and understanding. I am committed to fostering a supportive and accepting environment where clients can explore their experiences safely. I am a strong advocate for mental health awareness and equitable access to care, and I support movements that promote social justice and inclusion, including LGBTQ+ rights. Outside of counseling, I enjoy volunteering with community organizations that support mental health and wellness. I believe that therapy is most effective when rooted in authenticity, trust, and mutual respect, and I strive to reflect these values in my work with every client.
