When you are ready to work through your dark parts, I am a guide to help you get to where you want to be. I love supporting women walking through darkness, whether that be old traumas, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, fears, overwhelm, and stress. I help you find and heal the root causes where you are stuck in patterns that block your joy. I believe in the healing power of nature and help you identify allies in nature to support you on your healing journey.
My Background and Approach
My style is warm, supportive, empowering, intuitive and directive. I specialize in somatic therapy, which means I help you identify how and where you hold, block and release emotion and energy in your body to feel more flow and freedom in your life. I also specialize in nature therapy and offer outdoor nature therapy sessions to help you connect with nature for healing and growth. My goal is to help you build a more loving relationship with yourself and to help you feel more alive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe deeply in the healing power of nature. I am also a Nature Guide. I lead Plant Walks and Mushroom Walks and teach classes about PNW plants and trees, their physical, emotional and spiritual healing properties, and ethical and spiritual foraging practices to help people connect with nature for healing and growth. I love spending time in the forest talking to the plants and trees and listening to what they have to say.
