I take a grounded approach to uncover the root your issues. I'd like to help you create balance in your life through insight, making connections, and practical solutions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a people person and have a love of deep personal interaction and an enjoyment from doing so. It fills my cup! I hope that I can do the same for you. I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up on our journey in order to cope. I believe that you can unlearn those maladaptive behaviors and replace them with healthy ones.
