About My Clients
I work with women experiencing challenges across the entire reproductive life story including infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy, depression, and anxiety as well as typical adjustment to a new baby and transitioning to parenthood. We will work together as a team promoting healing and recovery by focusing on existing strengths and resilience while developing new skills. This can be provided via individual teletherapy or in-home counseling sessions.
My Background and Approach
I am passionate about helping and providing support to women who are experiencing mental health concerns centered around childbearing. I have received specialized training in Maternal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International (PSI) and 2020 Mom. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the President and Clinical Director of Provide 4 Inc. I received both my Masters and Bachelors Degrees in Social Work from Florida State University. I believe "Feeling a connection" with a therapist is one of the most important factors when determining the right therapist. You can expect a non-judgmental attitude, support, and motivation when stepping into a therapeutic relationship with me. Other professional affiliations include the National Association of Social Workers, the American Counseling Association, the American Psychotherapy Association, and the National Association of Professional Women.
