Healing starts with being heard. I typically work with young adults and adults from all backgrounds seeking support with stress, anxiety or mood concerns, burnout, grief, trauma impacts, relationship/family challenges, self-worth, or life transitions. I aim to offer a steady, affirming space where clients feel understood and supported in meaningful change.

My approach is culturally responsive and strengths-based, tailored to your values and lived experience. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most, understand patterns that keep you stuck, and build practical tools for coping, communication, and self-compassion. I blend humanistic, feminist, and CBT frameworks, incorporating ACT and mindfulness to ensure our work is both reflective and practical. We'll explore identity, power, and patterns, use CBT tools to shift stuck beliefs, strengthen self-compassion, promote empowerment, and move toward a more congruent life.
