Healing is a sacred process and to be part of that is a great honor. With gratitude, I offer therapy for adults of all ages from the comfort of your own home. With intention, I provide a welcoming approach that honors diversity while incorporating traditional and holistic modalities of treatment.
My Background and Approach
My flexible, empowerment-focused treatment approach is rooted in strength-based, trauma-informed, collaborative mind and body, belief system care. Treatment is tailored to each individual’s unique needs; drawn from mindfulness, body positivity, harm reduction, whole-person perspective, improved inner health, solution focused, EMDR, CBT and DBT.
