My Background and Approach
I have been a therapist for over 10 years now and I can tell you I truly love this work. My approach is relational, client-centered, and strength-based. That means I view therapy as a collaborative, empowering process. You bring your wisdom, I bring mine—and together we explore what healing looks like for you. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all care. Instead, I offer therapy that meets you where you are, and moves at a pace that feels right.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I’m especially passionate about supporting people who’ve been made to feel like they’re “too much” or “not enough.” Whether you're exploring your identity, healing from past trauma, or navigating a diagnosis that affects more than just your body, I’m here to support your whole self. My practice is inclusive, affirming, and welcoming to all genders and identities - as well as a safe space for neurodivergent folks. Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me tending to my plants or curled up with a good book and a cup of tea. Like you, I’m always learning, growing, and unlearning—and I bring that same curiosity and care into the work we’ll do together.
