About My Clients
Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Fear and Low Motivation are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through therapy, the goal is to help you regain calmness, joy, perspective and motivation that you once had.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with a focus working with anxiety and depression for over 10 years. I view my role as a therapist to walk alongside and guide others to reach their full potential. My desire is to help others become self-aware, feel confident, and reach for hope so that they can thrive in their everyday lives. I have a Mindfulness approach to therapy and an additional focus in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). I am DBT trained and work closely in collaboration with each client to identify their needs and desires for therapy. I tend to be practical, non-judgmental, and compassionate in my approach to set goals with each client that results in personal growth. I am here to help those who struggle - no matter how big or small they believe their problem may be.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe hope is integral in anyone's path toward healing. I focus on mindfulness in my practice to assist in connecting the mind, body, and emotional states. I am in the process of setting up a mindfulness course to assist anyone looking to reconnect to hope and live a steadier life. I enjoy helping anyone I can and welcome all stages and walks of life.
