About My Clients

I work with a range of clients but especially enjoy working with college students and folks experiencing life transitions. I am an indigenous woman and immigrant to the US and love working with folks who a struggling to accept themselves and find their 'way' in life.

My Background and Approach

I am a doctoral level Clinical Social Worker with graduate degrees in psychology, couples and family therapy, and social work. I specialize in trauma work, and offer therapies such as in-depth psychodynamic therapies, mindfulness, family therapy, DBT and ACT to help you heal and grow.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am especially aligned with decolonizing practices and beliefs, and believe that our strengths and identities are informed by our connections to the present as well as the past.
