About My Clients
I specialize in addictions, youth populations (13+), depression, & anxiety. I am trauma informed and dedicated to meeting you where you are at. If you are struggling in any of the above, contact me for a free 15 min consult to see if we would be a good fit! I am currently telehealth only.
My Background and Approach
I have held my substance use disorder license since 2010 and my clinical mental health license since 2018. I have a wide rage of experience in both substance use disorders and mental health disorders. My experience includes working for non profit agencies, substance use disorder assessments, group therapy in both areas, and working with adolescents in individual and group environment. In 2019 I left community mental health and joined a private group practice while also practicing as a Substance use disorder counselor conducting groups and individual therapy for a major online agency. I am currently in private practice seeing individual clients and qualified supervisor for mental health therapy and substance use disorder professionals. Based on your goals, we will use CBT, mindfulness, motivation interviewing, solution focused therapy, or a mix of modalities. I look forward to helping you heal and gain overall wellness and peace!
