Over the past decade, I have provided trauma-informed care, working with individuals, couples, and families in various stages of life and circumstances.
My Background and Approach
I am committed to making therapy less daunting by taking a person-centered approach, creating a judge-free space, with a healthy balance of humor. I often utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I have recently started exploring Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and have had extensive training and experience working with neurodivergent clients. Despite all those acronyms I’ve just listed, at the end of the day, whatever approach works best for you, works for me, too.
