About My Clients
I specialize in queer issues, neurodivergence, trauma and building healthier relationships. As a gender queer therapist who has lived experience with PTSD, and ADHD, affirming care is foundational to my practice. I work with all relationship structures from couples, ethically non monogamous, polyamorous, and families.
My Background and Approach
Healing happens in relationship. The health of our relationship to ourselves, to the world around us, and to the people in our life is essential to our wellbeing. Perhaps you are feeling disconnected, stuck in patterns, at a crossroads, hitting a wall, desiring change or just needing nonjudgmental guidance. You don't have to do this alone. Prioritizing your healing is a powerful way we positively impact ourselves and others. Together we will create a supported container for whatever you bring, to facilitate deep understanding and create workable sustainable solutions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Using, EMDR, Attachment, Somatic, and Trauma-Informed modalities, we explore mind/body connections, identify root causes, and develop long-term solutions. My style is down to earth and relational. I can be serious, humorous, directive, and engaged. No awkward silences here! Lets connect and see how I can help!
