About My Clients

Life can bring challenges that feel heavy or isolating, and reaching out for support is a powerful first step. Are you an adult who is moving through times of change? Whether that means navigating emotional struggles, medical concerns, or the unique experiences of being neurodiverse or living with a developmental disability. My focus is on seeing your strengths, helping you build new ways to cope, and creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and truly supported as you grow.

My Background and Approach

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s transitions, struggling with stress, or searching for new ways to cope, I want you to know you don’t have to face these challenges alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing therapy and assessment across the lifespan. My focus is on supporting adults like you with social, emotional, and executive functioning struggles. I believe in helping you recognize and draw on your strengths while developing practical strategies to overcome obstacles and move forward with confidence. My approach is integrative and tailored to your needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Together, we will create a compassionate, supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and motivated towards meaningful change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people can change when they feel seen, supported, and safe. I offer a steady, compassionate presence that helps them explore new ways of being without judgment. Change is collaborative, and I guide clients in identifying their motivations, strengths, and values so their choices feel authentic. I honor their autonomy and help them build trust in themselves. I hold space for grief and emotional pain with gentleness, knowing healing deepens through validation. I view the body as a partner in transformation and help clients tune into physical sensations and nervous system responses. I believe strength grows through small, consistent steps, and I encourage clients to notice their efforts, celebrate progress, and learn from setbacks, reinforcing their sense of agency and lasting change.
