About My Clients
Do your emotions feel all over the place? Almost as if you are being pulled in different directions? Then you may get frustrated that nothing is working? I believe we all have an internal system that at times can feel like a warzone. Trauma, depression, anxiety and other symptoms can make it feel impossible to get better.
My Background and Approach
I help individuals and couples create a more harmonious relationship with their internal system using an approach called IFS (Internal Family Systems). Clients report feeling less conflicted and more spacious when working with me. Internal Family Systems has changed my life and my client's lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal within themselves. I serve as a guide to help people access their innate wisdom, creativity, courage, and capacity to be who they truly are within.
