My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I didn't become a counselor because I've led a flawless life. Quite the opposite—I've made my share of mistakes. It's the hard-won lessons from those experiences, paired with a deep passion for supporting others, that inspired me to pursue this path. We aren't defined by our past traumas or missteps. Instead, we're shaped by the decisions we make and the steps we take right now, in this moment. If we truly want to think more clearly, feel more at peace, and transform our behaviors, it starts with choices. We must choose better to fulfill our needs.
